Cecilia Dávalos is a Community Architect for purpose-driven organizations, helping them turn their mission into community, so people don't just believe in what they do, they belong to it. Born into a family business family and the eldest of six, Cecilia has spent her whole life making people feel seen, included, and part of something bigger. Turns out that's also her profession. Over the past 5+ years she led the global Next Generation community at FBN, the world's largest family business network, designing programs, convening leaders across continents, and building a space where thousands of next-generation members felt they truly belonged. Her work spanned research, flagship events, community launches, and digital platforms, always with the same goal: turning a shared identity into a living, breathing community. Today she works with organizations at the intersection of impact, philanthropy, and purpose, helping them design the strategies, experiences, and journeys that turn people into communities. She also sits on the Board of Directors of MillionPeacemakers, a global initiative working to equip 250 million young people to become agents of peace.
